Our contacts cover all eight services. If you would like to discuss joining the network, email us about your work, coverage and availability. An enquiry does not approve your business or guarantee referrals.
Our network covers scaffolding, landscaping, home improvements, building, kitchens, bathrooms, roofing and cleaning, subject to relevant checks and local availability.
A success fee, agreed first.
During the pilot there is no joining fee, monthly subscription or charge for an unsuccessful quote. The normal fee is 5% of eligible job receipts excluding your VAT, capped at £750 per introduced project. A 3% rate may be agreed for material-heavy work before an introduction.
The fee applies after work starts, against payments received for work genuinely earned. An unearned deposit alone does not trigger it. Refunds and cancellations are reconciled under the written agreement. Your customer contracts with and pays you directly.

What we will ask to check
- Your legal business identity, contact details and the work you offer.
- Relevant insurance, including scope, restrictions and renewal dates.
- Recent comparable work and independent customer references.
- Qualifications and registrations relevant to the jobs and people attending.
- Clear quotation, payment, cancellation and complaints arrangements.
- Your coverage, availability and approach to any subcontractors.
Existing personal contacts will go through the same process. Fees do not buy a higher recommendation. Approval will apply to a defined scope and can be restricted or suspended if evidence expires or concerns arise.
