No homeowner introduction fee. Tradespeople pay an agreed success fee.
WHAT ARE YOU PLANNING?
Eight services.
One local starting point.

FROM FIRST IDEA.
TO THE RIGHT INTRODUCTION.
Tell us what needs doing
Share a few details about your job, where you are and when you’d like it done.
We look for the right fit
We discuss the work, location and timing with our network and confirm whether a suitable contact is available.
You choose who to hire
You receive the professional’s quote and decide whether to go ahead. Your contract is directly with them.
TRUST.
WITH THE DETAIL.
Ask questions, see what supports the introduction and choose who is right for your job.
01Identity & business details
Before hiring, confirm the provider’s business identity and who will actually carry out your job. Ask us what supports the introduction.
02Relevant insurance
Ask about the provider’s relevant insurance, the work it covers, its limits and expiry. Insurance is not a guarantee of workmanship.
03References & previous work
Ask for recent comparable work and relevant customer references. We can discuss the evidence supporting the contact we suggest.
04Qualifications for the job
Qualifications and registrations should fit the actual job and the people attending. Ask about any specialist work before agreeing the scope.
Our network includes vetted contacts across all eight services. We discuss the checks supporting a particular introduction before you decide. Checks do not guarantee every outcome.

GOOD QUESTIONS.
Who pays for the introduction?
There is no homeowner introduction fee. Providers pay us an agreed success fee when introduced work becomes paid work. The provider sets their price, and the fee does not buy a better recommendation.
Who do I pay for the work?
You choose whether to hire, agree the quote and contract directly with the provider, and pay them directly. We arrange introductions; we do not hold your building-work deposits or manage the work on site.
What if something goes wrong?
Contact us about concerns with an introduction or our service. The provider remains responsible for their work. We will discuss the concern and our part in it; checks cannot guarantee every outcome and we do not offer a funded workmanship guarantee. Our complaints route.
Can I make an enquiry now?
Yes. Email us or message our Facebook Page with your town, the job and your rough timing. We will discuss availability before confirming an introduction. Sending a message does not confirm a booking, price or start date.
