We handle planned jobs by message, including after work when available. An enquiry is not an emergency call, confirmed appointment or accepted job. Availability is checked for the actual work and location.
Your information.
This website has no customer submission form, account registration, payment collection, advertising pixels or analytics added by our code. It does not save enquiry details in browser storage. Email and Facebook buttons open the service you choose; review and send your message there. No message is sent simply by clicking a contact button. The copy buttons place only the visible business address or message starter on your clipboard when you choose to use them.
Netlify hosts the website and can process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information and access times, to operate and protect the site. Google handles messages sent to our Gmail inbox; Meta handles Facebook and Messenger use. Their own privacy terms also apply when you use those services: Netlify, Google and Meta.
When you contact us, we use the contact information and job details you provide to understand the enquiry, reply, check whether a suitable contact is available and manage an introduction you choose to pursue. Do not send access codes, bank details or unnecessary sensitive information in a first message. We do not add you to a marketing list just because you ask about a job.
Before sharing your details with a provider, we will discuss who the introduction is to and the information needed. You can choose whether to proceed. The independent provider is responsible for its own quotation, contract, work and handling of information it receives.
We use enquiry information to respond to your request and take requested steps towards a possible introduction. Necessary service records may also be used to follow up, handle concerns and meet legitimate business or record-keeping needs. We review unsuccessful enquiries after 90 days and remove information when it is no longer needed; necessary introduction, complaint or accounting records may need to be kept longer for their purpose.
To ask what information we hold, request correction or deletion, object to its use, or raise a privacy concern, email us at the address above. Rights depend on the circumstances and relevant requirements. You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
An introduction. Your decision.
We introduce people planning home, trade and cleaning jobs to suitable available contacts in our network. The network covers scaffolding, landscaping, home improvements, building, kitchens, bathrooms, roofing and cleaning across Anglesey, Conwy, Gwynedd, Denbighshire and Flintshire, subject to the job and availability.
You choose whether to hire. Agree the provider’s identity, scope, quote, timescale and payment terms before work begins. You contract with and pay that provider directly. We do not supply or supervise the building work, hold your building-work deposits or offer a funded workmanship guarantee.
There is no homeowner introduction fee. Providers pay us an agreed success fee when introduced work becomes paid work. The rate is agreed with the provider before the introduction; a fee does not buy a better recommendation. Provider information is on the For trades page.
We have vetted contacts in the network and will discuss what supports a particular introduction. Ask about business identity, insurance, recent comparable work and any relevant qualifications or registrations. Checks have a scope and date and cannot guarantee every outcome. We remain responsible for our own service and representations; this information does not remove statutory rights.
If you have a concern.
Email us with the job, the concern and the outcome you would like. Tell us if the concern is about our introduction service, the provider’s work or both. We will discuss our part in it, hear the relevant information and explain the next step. The provider remains responsible for its work; we cannot promise a refund or a technical verdict.
We aim to acknowledge a concern within two working days and explain a next step within five working days where possible. If it takes longer, we will explain why and update you. Serious concerns can lead us to pause new introductions to a contact while they are considered. For independent consumer guidance, see Citizens Advice Wales. For immediate danger, use the appropriate emergency service.
